For best results and full access to functionality, we recommend using this template with a Microsoft account. The following versions are compatible with this template:

• Microsoft 365 (paid accounts) – Fully compatible with all functionality
• Microsoft for the web (free accounts) – Compatible with all functionality except embedded quick links to website URL’s on Quick Reference tab

Legacy desktop versions of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Apple Numbers may still be able to view entries the user populates, but will not be compatible with many formulas and functions of the worksheet and are not recommended for the primary user who will be populating the Life Log. For better results, we recommend the primary user and any delegates view the worksheet through a free or paid Microsoft account.

Device Compatibility:

While it is possible to view information from the Life Log Excel Template on a mobile device using Microsoft Excel app, due to the large amount of information in the Life Log we recommend planning to primarily work on a PC or tablet with a larger screen to complete your Life Log.
