PERSONAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT
The tools, templates, processes, and related content available on AdvocateLifeSystems.com have been developed by Advocate Money Management LLC / Advocate Life Systems to represent the experience of several people including professional Daily Money Managers. They are purely organizational tools.
Downloadable Products
The Life Log Templates, Life Log Roadmap, and all other downloadable products are licensed to the purchaser for personal use and may be downloaded and stored in the purchaser’s preferred storage solution. The purchaser may grant user access to these files to members of their immediate household and to individuals acting on their behalf in a legal or fiduciary capacity, including a Power of Attorney, trustee, executor, or similar delegate, for the purposes of referencing the purchaser’s personal information captured in the file.
Life Log spreadsheet purchaser and users are solely responsible for the security, backup, storage, and management of any information entered into or stored within the Life Log Template, including the administration of access permissions. Advocate Money Management LLC does not host, control, monitor, secure, or maintain the user’s stored data and shall not be responsible for any loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, corruption, or misuse of such data.
Subscription Products
Access to Advocate Life Hub content provided through the Advocate Life Systems website is limited to the licensed account holder and requires a separate paid user account for each individual accessing such content.
Intellectual Property
All products, downloadable tools, templates, worksheets, checklists, roadmaps, videos, online content, and related materials available through Advocate Life Systems, including their structure, organization, categories, workflows, methodologies, frameworks, formulas, pre-populated data, and other embedded details, are the intellectual property of Advocate Money Management LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, no sharing, distribution, reproduction, resale, transfer, sublicensing, publication, modification, creation of derivative works, reverse engineering, adaptation, or incorporation into other products, services, systems, courses, training materials, or business offerings is permitted.
Commercial Use Prohibited
Commercial use of any product or content developed by Advocate Life Systems is expressly prohibited under this license. Licensees may not use Advocate Life Systems products, content, methodologies, frameworks, workflows, or organizational systems:
- in connection with a business, consulting practice, professional organizing service, daily money management service, coaching practice, or other commercial activity;
- to provide services to clients or customers;
- as part of paid or unpaid training, education, workshops, or courses;
- to develop, market, sell, or support competing products, services, templates, systems, or methodologies.
