REFUND POLICY
At Advocate Life Systems, we provide downloadable digital products, templates, tools, resources, online content, subscriptions, and gift cards. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
No Refunds
All purchases made through Advocate Life Systems are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable tools, templates, forms, guides, and digital resources
- Memberships and subscriptions
- Access to online courses, training materials, libraries, and other hosted content
- Renewals of subscriptions
- Promotional offers, discounted purchases, and bundled products
- Gift card purchases
Once a purchase has been completed, a subscription has been activated, or access to content has been granted, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds will be provided.
Free Trials and Free Access Periods

Automatic Renewals

Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through Advocate Life Systems are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Exceptions
Advocate Life Systems reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide a refund, credit, or other accommodation in exceptional circumstances. Any such accommodation shall not create an obligation to provide similar relief in the future.
