Do you have a will or trust, financial and healthcare POA, and advance directives? Have you filed them with our financial institutions and insurance / medical providers? Can your delegates access them quickly?

Have you reviewed your wishes with your loved one(s) and ensured they are willing and able to serve as your delegate?

Have you titled all your accounts and property to align with your estate plan and added beneficiaries when appropriate?

Does your delegate have easy access to any business information and personal or business contracts in place?

Do you have a secure digital copy of details for your credit cards, debit cards, and any other forms of payment you use? Could your delegate easily access and use those forms of payment if needed?

Does your delegate know all the medical, prescription, and other health related insurance you have and how premiums are paid?

Have you captured digital copies of all your insurance cards? Could your delgate access those quickly if needed?

Is your delegate aware of any pre-paid burial expenses you have and what type they are?

Have you listed all your important personal digital accounts such as email, social media, or any other digital account your delegate may need to access to act on your behalf, or that you pay a fee to use?

Besides your will, have you clearly documented any personal or religious preferences you have for your funeral, memorial, or burial services?

A Solution Shaped by Experience

Life Log™ grew out of my personal and professional experience serving as a Daily Money Manager, Power of Attorney, trustee, and executor. Through those roles, I learned firsthand how difficult it can be to manage someone’s affairs when important information is missing, scattered, or difficult to access.

To solve that problem, I developed a practical system to organize critical information for my own loved ones and the clients I served. Over time, I explored other available solutions, but continually returned to the framework I had created because it was accessible, secure, easy to maintain, and designed around real-world needs.

As I shared my experience with families, I realized many people didn’t need a professional to do this for them. They simply needed the right tools, guidance, and framework. That realization led to the creation of Life Log.

Today, Life Log combines years of real-world experience, proven organizational practices, practical tools, and a comprehensive methodology designed to help people get organized before a crisis occurs and make life easier for those serving as a delegate for a loved one.

Looking back, I often wish I had a resource like this when I first began serving in these roles. My hope is that Life Log makes the journey easier for you and the people you care about.
